Ali Kurzeja grew up in Sarasota, Fl. She loves painting nature & utilizing color palettes that echo the feel of her coastal home. Her memories of turquoise waters & vivid green surroundings serve as great inspiration in her art. Ali studied illustration at Ringling College of Art & Design & upon graduation accepted a position as an in-house illustrator for American Greetings. After working there for nearly a decade, she left to pursue her dream of becoming a freelance artist, specializing in watercolor paintings, stationery, & textile design. She splits her time between her hometown & San Diego, CA.
